The wilderness Scripture speaks of is not just a place of trials and temptations, but it is also a place of transformation and true communion with God. God loves when we meet Him in the wilderness, because there we must fully depend on Him. One of the verses I am holding onto in this season is Song of Solomon 8:5, “Who is this coming up from the wilderness leaning on her beloved?”, because I desire to be transformed into the beautiful bride of Christ I am called to be—no matter the cost.
성경이 말하는 광야는 시련과 유혹의 장소 일뿐만 아니라 변화와 하나님과의 진정한 교제의 장소이기도합니다. 하나님께서는 우리가 광야에서 그를 만날 때 기뻐하십니다. 왜냐하면 우리가 광야에있을 때 그 분만을 의지하게 되기 때문입니다. 요즘에 제가 붙잡고있는 구절 중 하나는 솔로몬의 노래 8:5입니다: “사랑하는 님의 팔을 끼고 사막에서 올라오는 여자가 누구인가?” 저는 그리스도의 아름다운 신부로 부름을 받았으며 어떤 대가를 치르더라도 그의 신부가되고 싶습니다.
